New Service Request
After the manager
submits a request, the service vendor receives notification
according to their preferred method (email, pager, fax,
etc.). The vendor then logs-in to the Landport
site to review the details of the new request, and also
outstanding bids and the status of work already in progress. The
vendor can also initiate a new work order on behalf of
a client, or suggest work that needs to be done.
