Reports On-Demand
A manager can generate online, on-demand
reports to review the schedule of preventive maintenance
and/or reoccurring service tasks.
Also, a manager can perform operational analysis on property by
property and/or portfolio basis, which organize the incidents by:
vendor, location, reporter, and service type for specified periods
of time. Such reports can even be generated down to a particular
location inside a building. The electronic incident
logs are also available along with cost data.
