Vendor Submits Invoice & BOM
Upon Completion
Upon job completion, the vendor creates
an invoice and bill of materials (BOM). If unexpected
circumstances arise that cause a delay & higher costs,
the vendor can submit a new proposal to the manager for reapproval. Both
the tenant and manager can inspect the completed work and
provide quality feedback to the vendor.
