Manager Reviews New Service Request
After the tenant
submits a request, the property or facility manager receives
notification according to their preferred method (email,
pager, fax, etc.). The manager then logs-in to
the Landport site to review the details of the request,
and can review the status of work already in progress. The
manager can also formulate work orders on behalf of any
tenant that prefers to phone them in.
