Maintenance Worker Submits BOM Upon
Completion
Upon job completion,
the maintenance person creates a bill of materials (BOM)
to quantify how much time was spent and the cost of additional
materials to complete the job. If unexpected circumstances
arise that cause a delay & higher costs, the maintenance
person can submit this new information to the manager
for reapproval. Both the office personnel and manager
can inspect the completed work and provide quality feedback
to the maintenance worker.
