Maintenance Person Reviews
Work Order
& Responds to Manager
After the manager
submits a work order, the maintenance person receives
notification via preferred channel (email, pager, fax,
etc.) and responds to the new work order by submitting
a service schedule. The maintenance person can
also review and update the status of jobs already in
progress. The maintenance person can suggest additional
work to be done, and initiate a work orders on behalf of
a manager that phones in a work order.
