New Service Request
After the office
worker submits a request, the facility manager receives
notification according to their preferred method (email,
pager, fax, etc.). The manager then logs-in to
the Landport site to review the details of the request,
and can review the status of work already in progress. The
manager can also formulate work orders on behalf of anyone
that prefers to phone them in.
