Personnel Submit New Service
Request
Office personnel
select the the equipment or location of the problem (i.e.,
office, hallway, restroom) from either a set of
"home" areas visible only to that person, or "common
areas" visible to all the people in the building. Office
personnel then type in a short description, select the type of
service needed (i.e., electrical, plumbing, IT support, etc.),
select the level of urgency and enter preferred hours of service. When
the
"submit" button is pressed, the facility manager responsible
will be notified with all the relevant information.
